Description:
My client is a highly regarded, market leading international F&B/Leisure operator who are enjoying sustained growth across their EMEA franchise portfolio.
They are now looking for an experienced interim EMEA Acquisitions/Development Manager for the day to day expansion of their markets, create market penetration strategies, draft site packages and negotiate draft lease terms. The position will be on a 12 month contract basis with the potential to develop into a permanent role.
Responsibilities will include :
· Execute real estate strategies, tactics and programs to achieve regional EMEA goals including
new store openings, return on investments analysis and related to new store growth
· Participate in the development of design objectives to meet appearance, quality, quantity and
costs.
· Actively supports processes and manages reduction of store costs as they relate to
construction, pre-opening, and possession dates
· Participate in existing and new market analysis
· Participate in site selection, design, construction
Experience and Skills
Ideally you will have experience within the following:
· financial planning, market analysis and strategic planning
· managing a retail or restaurant new store rollout programme
· construction management in retail and general contracting
· Real estate deal-making and negotiations
· Organization and planning skills
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
· knowledge of new store project management, including estimates, contract negotiation,
permits and Review Board hearings, build-out and lease negotiation
· Knowledge of design and construction process
