Description:
You will be responsible for providing proactive support across the Trainee Recruitment and Trainee Development teams, with responsibilities including:
- The facilitation of assessment centres
- Coordination of interviews for training contracts, vacation schemes and solicitor apprentices
- Supporting with key trainee development processes to include induction, seat rotation, qualification and secondments
- Assisting with the organisation of events, open dates and insigh programmes
- Supporting with social media content creation
- Maintaining and updating spreadsheets, and processing invoices
Trainee Recruitment & Development Coordinator – What we’re looking for:
- Experience of working within a fast-paced administration role. Experience of working within the Human Resources function in a Professional Services firm would be ideal
- Superb organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- An individual who is skilled at communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, including those at a senior level
