Desktop Support Team Lead

 

Description:

We are currently seeking a Deskside & Technology Support Team Lead to join us and become the central point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. The role is to provide support to both the company and supervise/lead the local IT resources operationally. You will be responsible for resolving support requests as well as meeting customer satisfaction and continuous service delivery demands.

 

Experience Required -

  • 5+ years of experience in a second line customer facing IT Windows 365 support role.
  • Team Lead experience of at least 1+ year.
  • A valid Driving license is essential as travel will be required to other local South West sites - a pool car will be provided for these visits.
  • ITIL v3/4 certified or working knowledge of ITIL.
  • ServiceNow experience is desirable.
