Desktop Support Lead

 

Description:

In this position you will lead a small but specialist team, providing high-quality support services to various teams within a fast-paced financial company.

 

Responsibilities

· Plan, execute and support company wide tech projects

. General tech/desktop support

· Infrastructure Support (debugging)

. Managing incidents through service now

· Work with external vendors

· Oversee the Enrolment of new starters/desk build

. Automate manual tasks

 

Qualifications

. Strong troubleshooting skills

. Customer support skills

. Prior experience in a similar lead role (preferentially at a financial firm)

· Productive hard worker, with a great personality!
