Desk Analyst

Description:

This is a part-time remote role for a Desk Analyst at Global Weekly. As a Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on political and economic events within one of our Desks.

This role includes gathering information and creating detailed reports and insights (c.500 words) to support our mission of providing comprehensive geopolitical knowledge to both individuals and firms. You will collaborate with the team to contribute to the development of content and ensure accuracy and relevancy. There is also scope to get involved with our other divisions - long-form articles, special reports, YouTube, and our Podcast.

Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources
• Understanding of regional and global political and economic events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work independently and remotely
