Design Coordinator

Description:

The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked directly for a Main Contractor or Developer in their current/previous position, preferably on apartment/mixed-use schemes. The successful candidate will liaise with external consultants, civil and structural engineers, planning and building

control officers, NHBC inspectors and assess existing design information for compliance with the project specification. The current project has a minimum of 3 years remaining so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long term stability.

To be considered for the Design Coordinator position:

• Degree or HND/C in Architecture, Engineering or Design related field
• Knowledge of current Building Regulations
• Knowledge of CDM regulations
• Minimum 2 years working for a main contractor (on residential projects) or a housing developer
