Deputy Manager

Mode Search has partnered with a global leading fine jewellery brand in their search for a Deputy Manager for one of their prestigious London boutiques.

This brand is renowned for its elite, high-profile client base and hosts some of the most luxurious fine jewellery collections globally.

This role requires a manager with strong people management skills, as well as extensive luxury clientelling and boutique experience. It is the perfect opportunity for the next step within the luxury retail sector.

The Role:

• Assisting the Store Manager in recruiting and developing a high-performing team.
• Support through training and the development path instructed by higher management.
• Responsible for active succession planning to ensure career progression and to retain successful staff.
• Helping the Store Manager control operating costs within the store budget and manage store profit plans by focusing on store sales and margin contribution
• Responsible for the store having the highest levels of standards around presentation, cleanliness, and staff appearance. Must ensure the Health and Safety regulations are being met within the store
• Attending regular training sessions on seasonal product launches to ensure knowledge is up to date and filtered to the team
• Must ensure all measures are being taken around loss prevention to protect profit and stock

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English, additional languages is preferred.
• At least 4 years of PR experience in an agency or luxury brand
• BA degree or equivalent in Public Relations or related field is advantageous
