Description:
Brewing - Mastering the art of craft kombucha brewing using the Holos signature tea blends and unique fermentation method. Taking control of our custom-built, professional plant and using the technology provided to ensure quality control, this includes carefully monitoring the pH, Brix and ABV. You’ll also be using pumps, hoses, steep tanks and cleaning chemicals.
Bottling & Canning - Our fast paced, state of the art machines push out 1000 units every hour, you’ll be trained up to operate the lines and lead the activities, ensuring all packed product meets high standards. You’ll be using brite tanks, labellers, pallet trucks, Co2 cannisters, and inline carbonators.
SALSA Certification - Our annual audit demands detailed record keeping and a well organised production facility. You’ll be working with our highly experienced Production Manager to oversee all HACCP related tasks, traceability documentation and all other food safety requirements.
Teamwork - You’ll play a key role in team building, decision making and feeding into the production diary. You’ll have good communication skills and be able to follow detailed procedures, you’ll be willing to help improve and write those procedures too!
