Deputy Director

Description:

The Deputy Director, Digital Delivery, will have a crucial role to play in delivering our future vision and strategy. You will lead on developing our organisation’s digital strategy for the end–to-end experience of our communities of learning from and accessing The National Lottery Community fund – from the funding application process across all our products and services, understanding communities we are yet to reach, focussing on the current and future needs of our communities, customers, and stakeholders.

The Fund has launched a new strategy that sets our path through to 2030. This is a new post with a pivotal role in that journey and it’s an exciting time to be joining the organisation as we embark on the change that will see us achieve our strategic ambition. As a senior leader, you will lead on the development of the organisation’s digital strategy including service design and be part of the leadership team of the Funding Strategy, Communications and Impact Directorate.
