Description:
As Deputy Chief Medical Officer, you'll lead and support definition and development of treatment delivery strategy. Where necessary, you'll implement changes to improve effectiveness and efficiencies in AXA Health member treatment outcomes. Working hours Monday – Friday. No evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work 1 – 2 days of your week away from home, either at Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Occasional travel to our London office.
We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, such as part-time or condensed hours, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
