🔍 Position Overview: Role: Dental Compliance Manager Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compliance programs for dental practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.

• Conduct regular audits of dental practices, addressing compliance gaps.

• Collaborate on policies and procedures aligned with regulatory guidelines.

• Provide compliance training and support to dental staff.

• Stay updated on changes in dental regulations and communicate updates to stakeholders.

• Serve as a key contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring timely responses.

Due to the geographical distribution of the 17 practices across South England, this role will involve regular travel to each location, ensuring a hands-on and on-site approach to compliance management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in dental compliance.
