The Opportunity:This is an exciting opportunity to work at Research Manager level within this team, you must have knowledge of how to deliver deliberative research techniques and processes across different public policy areas. The work that this team produce and deliver have influenced policies around Covid, national health service response, rail extensions and travel implementation, local climate issues and many more areas of society.

You will be managing deliberative engagement processes and research, developing discussion guides that meet clients' and stakeholders' objectives, writing reports, project management and you will be involved in proposal writing.

About You: In You will be at Research Manager level and have experience and a skill-set in delivering deliberative engagement processes and applying these to policy research. the role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, executing and managing deliberative engagement and qualitative research projects, both domestic and international. You will have public policy knowledge in different areas and have an understanding of how influential deliberative techniques are in impacting govt policy making.
