· Design, Develop, Test, Deploy and administer Postgre Database on Cloud, with a focus on the performance, high availability and scale.

· Database capacity planning, performance monitoring and tuning.

· Test and deploy SQL scripts by following required processes involved.

· In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP)

· Maintain database dictionaries, SOPs and other relevant documentation

· Knowledge of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)

· Efficiently write database code without compromising data quality, privacy or security. Ensure code reviews are conducted.

· Administration of PostgreSQL databases throughout the development and production lifecycles.

· Ensure all aspects of security are respected at all times during the course of work

· Ensure that software packages and programs are well documented and has reasonable test coverage

· Root cause analysis, management communication and client relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure Service Support team members.

Requirements

· At least 4+ year experienced in database related activities in Banking related operations.

· Have experienced in creating extracting, transforming, loading, and enhancing objects to ingest structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources; implementing, maintaining and optimizing data warehouses; and/or gathering and implementing user requirements.

· Having a good understanding of Data Warehousing architectural design principles and Data Storage Model approach covering Stage, Raw, Refined, History & Schema Evolution

· Very strong Database knowledge (DDL+DML)

· Experience in building/designing a CMDB in a Banking environment is an added advantage.

· Extensive Experience writing and executing scripts or programs using programming languages (SQL or Python) to manipulate – Store data in PostgreSQL & Oracle.

· Strong SQL writing skills in MS SQL Server

· Strong knowledge in MS Access & VBA, MS SQL, and MySQL

· Good communication and collaboration skills

· Good understanding of Wealth Management Products is a plus.
