The team works hand in hand with stakeholders in every department to create new products and tools that put OMD UK at the forefront of the UK media industry. ATOM’s work has expanded rapidly across then past 18 months and the UK ATOM is now leading the way across EMEA with its forward thinking approach.

We are now looking for a highly motivated candidate with a considered approach. They will be a smooth operator, maintaining purpose and clarity of message through authentic and direct communication. Able to converse and communicate equally with C-Suite and apprentice alike. You will need to be a fast learner and be confident in translating core skills to specific applications across a number of technology platforms. You’ll need to have an interest in media and will want to keep up to date with the media landscape, especially the key technology partners – Google, Facebook, Snap etc. and understand how industry changes affect our clients. There will be lots of opportunity to work collaboratively with other teams within the agency as well as key technology partners (e.g. Bright Analytics, Microsoft) and media partners (e.g. Google, Facebook, Snapchat, Linked In).

This role is designed for someone with experience in media and managing people (technical and non-technical) as you need to hit the ground running, entering the business to work on key projects critical to OMD and client success alongside the ATOM developers, ATOM executives and supported by the ATOM apprentices.
