This organization is dedicated to using advanced AI and machine learning to solve some of humanity’s most pressing challenges.

As a Data Scientist, you will research, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI models and statistical techniques, working alongside AI researchers, applied AI scientists, and engineers to advance real-world solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop new machine learning models and statistical techniques to solve business challenges.
  • Oversee the production and maintenance of AI-driven systems for practical implementation.
  • Conduct code reviews and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching, fostering career growth within the team.
  • Participate in project rotations to maintain fresh perspectives and engagement.
  • Propose new initiatives and contribute to the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Engage in daily stand-ups and weekly prioritization meetings to ensure project alignment.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in leading end-to-end projects (from planning to deployment).
  • Expertise in machine learning, statistical methods, predictive modeling, and forecasting.
  • Experience in deploying ML models at scale and designing experiments to extract insights.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, model management, and experiment tracking.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and effectively communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
  • A self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and a collaborative approach.
