Key Requirements:
- In-Depth Knowledge of Standard Solution Stacks: Demonstrate a profound understanding of standard solution stacks within the respective domain.
- Migration Project Expertise: Extensive experience working on migration projects, with a deep understanding of relational and NoSQL data models, particularly within the Big Data ecosystem (Cloudera) and relational databases.
- Design, Development, and Architecture: Hands-on involvement in the design, development, and architecture of large-scale data migration projects.
- Leadership and Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities, team-building skills, and leadership qualities, thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Procedural Programming Knowledge: Proficient in procedural programming languages such as Stored Procedures and Functions.
- ETL Concepts/Tools: In-depth knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts and tools, particularly Informatica.
- Cut Over and Rollback Strategies: Demonstrated experience and ability to define detailed strategies for cut-over and rollback processes.
- Analytical Thinking: Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think through complex issues and visualize effective solutions.
- AWS Migration Services: Hands-on experience with AWS migration services, including AWS DataSync, AWS DMS (Database Migration Service), AWS Snow Family, and AWS Server Migration.
- Adaptability and Open-Mindedness: Approach challenges with an open mind, displaying adaptability and a willingness to take on new and diverse tasks.
- Responsibility in Architecture and Design: Take ownership of architecture, design, and documentation responsibilities.
- Adherence to SDLC and Version Control: Strict adherence to software development life cycle guidelines, software version control standards, and code promotion practices.
