Description:
A fast-growing AdTech company in London is looking for a Data & Insights Manager to drive commercial success by delivering data-driven insights. This role is crucial in helping win business and crafting post-campaign performance analyses that highlight the impact of advanced audience-targeting solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to create pre-sales insights, helping clients understand audience targeting strategies.
Build post-campaign reports and analyses, transforming data into clear, actionable insights for programmatic and CTV (Connected TV) campaigns.
Work closely with clients, sales, and account teams to deliver data-driven recommendations that improve future campaign performance.
Utilize first-party data, third-party audience insights, and ad performance metrics to craft compelling narratives about media effectiveness.
Develop custom dashboards, reports, and trend analyses, providing key takeaways for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, insights, or ad-tech measurement.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, DSPs, programmatic media, and audience targeting.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Familiarity with ad-tech measurement platforms.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into simple, client-friendly narratives.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
