- R360 Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the R360 platform.
- Expertise in customizing and configuring R360 applications to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs and translates them into technical solutions within the R360 environment.
- Develops and implements data integrations and workflows using R360 tools and technologies.
- Provides technical support for R360 applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
- Designs and executes R360 system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and QA, to deliver high-quality R360 solutions.
- Performs code reviews, ensures coding standards, and maintains documentation for R360 applications.
- Stays abreast of updates and new features in the R360 platform, incorporating best practices into development processes.
- Holds a degree in Computer Science or related field, with hands-on experience in R360 development, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
