Main Responsibilities:

The Systems & Data Developer works closely with business stakeholders and the technology team to delivery key systems integration activities firmwide including but not limited to design and development of systems API integration for data exchanges, development of data ETL scripts, building capabilities, processes and procedures for automation and continuous integration, ensuring data security and privacy requirements imbedded in all systems integration and build.


The role's primary accountabilities include:

  • Understand business needs in the context of data systems and Business Intelligence (BI) by validating data and integration needs generated from a diverse range of systems and processes, and transforming requirements into meaningful data exchanges through the appropriate API Management interfaces
  • Develop processes and procedures for automation and continuous integration
  • Source and prepare data for BI reporting and analysis, applying data extraction and analysis techniques to a provide easily understandable insights.
  • Identify opportunities to digitise and streamline operational data handling and optimise business intelligence capabilities.
  • Develop, design, and analyse data architecture on on-prem and cloud data warehouses.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the components that make up business intelligence and analytics reporting
  • Work on key internal systems (PMS, CRM, HR System, DMS) to provide technical BI solutions for the firms reporting requirements.
  • Build and maintain integrations between systems, including workflow models.
  • Create relationships between data and develop tabular and/or other multidimensional data models to build key transactional reports using SSRS or PowerBI.
  • Develop SQL queries
  • Design, code, test, and aggregate results to create insightful information in accordance with stakeholder needs. - Develop, design, and analyse data architecture and on-prem and cloud data warehouses.
  • Analyse current and future ETL processes.
  • Contribute to the business intelligence and data analytics roadmap planning for continuous improvement, and process evolution.
