Data And Integration Test Lead

The Group is at the beginning of an exciting journey to transform its core operational processes and introduce advanced technology solutions for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) within the recruitment sector. We are resourced through our delivery partner (SI) for functional consultancy of the core product and development for integrations, and we have an enthusiastic and capable, business-led team of process specialists, but we have a need for a client-side Data, Integration and Test Lead to support the programme and help us to get the more technical aspects of the implementation delivered.

You will be working closely with the client-side programme director, the delivery partner and a group of internal resources to implement the solution and will be expected to be very hands on whilst able to work independently. We are a small team and you must be willing to get stuck in to a little bit of everything!

Responsibilities:

• Working with the Process Owners to understand the processes and configuration scope and translating that into test scope and plans.
• Coordination of the testing workstream and production of test deliverables, supporting the Process Owners and other stakeholders through the testing process
• Working with the delivery partner to ensure the product is configured correctly, highlighting any faults or corrections needed and ensuring the partner tracks these through the environments to production.
• Working with the delivery partner to ensure that integrations are specified correctly, developed according to specification, and fully tested.
• Testing individual activities and end to end processes in the product, ensuring that every scenario is captured and tested and managing defects with the partner to resolution or identifying workarounds.
• Preparing and checking data to ensure this is migrated correctly, including reconciling the migrated data over the cutover period.
• Supporting the teams globally with data cleansing and actioning task and deliverables across the data migration workstream

Experience:

• 5+ years working with demanding stakeholders of all levels in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Experience of implementing a technology solution either as a project team member or a business user, or experience working in a function supporting business application and configuration
• Working with a multinational organisation, ideally in the recruitment or professional services sector
• Any exposure to business analysis in a role, or an understanding of the principles would be an advantage.
• Experience of implementing CRM solutions is desirable but not essential. Any experience of Microsoft D365 CE / Sales or Azure DevOps Test Plans would be an advantage.
