Person specification

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications related to Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and/or Power-Platform.
• Previous demonstrable experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE data model, architecture, and business processes.
