We are representing a global education institution who are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead a small team comprising of offshore and in-house individuals. This is an exciting position working for a rapidly growing organisation who are going through a global transformation programme with significant investment behind them.

Your primary role is to manage their well-established Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 estates, and to be an in-house expert regarding all aspects of the platforms. You shall also provide leadership and guidance to the Modern Workplace team, ensuring the successful management of BAU and project work in regard to both on-premise and cloud infrastructure.

What we are looking for:

• Extensive experience leading and managing teams.
• A strong background working with Microsoft Azure and 365 with a focus on implementing client solutions.
• Familiarity with mobile devise management (MDM) and application management concepts.
• An in-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, Incident Management and other disciplines related to Service Delivery.
