Customer Support Specialist

Your role

This is a role best suited to individuals that are as capable and happy working with customers, handling technical support tickets, writing documentation and contributing to product testing and roadmap. This role will report to the Head of Products directly.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Handling technical support tickets in English
  • Customer training
  • Documentation
  • Keeping up to date with MarTech and Google products
  • Work with the product team to resolve issues
  • Propose product features
  • Monitor competition
  • Contribute to CIVIC’s development of new and existing products

Required skills

  • Solid understanding of MarTech and Google products
  • Familiar with client-side JavaScript and ideally also with ReactJS
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics and advertising products
  • English as a native speaker or excellent command of the language
  • Familiarity with the GDPR legislation for website cookies is desirable
