As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play an integral part in upholding our customer service standards and reputation. In this role you’ll interact with customers via in-person, telephone and web chat communication, dealing with setup queries, printing/product related queries, delivery & shipping issues, returns, onboarding and other related subjects of support.

 

Responsibilities

  • Adopt and deliver our ‘think boutique’ approach to customer service
  • Help walk-in clients on-site at theprintspace, London
  • Manage incoming calls and chats/emails (Zendesk) in a swift manner
  • Identify & assess customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, escalate to concerned authority when necessary
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open, honest and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate & complete information to improve customer satisfaction leading to noticeable results

 

The Candidate

  • Has an appreciation of art and photography
  • Experience in a customer service or a customer interactive/facing role
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to different personality types
  • Highly driven, with a passion for delivery exceptional standards
