SN Financial is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team in Droitwich. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous office-based customer service and administration experience who are looking for a full-time role. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations while providing comprehensive customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to Customer Advisers and the wider team.
- Front of House Duties: Greet visitors, offer hospitality, and create a welcoming environment.
- Telephone & Online Communication: Answer telephone calls and respond to secure messages via the company’s online Portal.
- Meeting Coordination: Book client meetings on behalf of advisers, ensuring proper scheduling.
- Office Management: Perform office duties such as filing, scanning paperwork, and organizing incoming and outgoing post.
- Client Paperwork: Prepare client paperwork as directed by the advisers, ensuring accuracy.
- CRM Management: Use the CRM system to set up new clients, assist with task completion, and manage client activities.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Assist with any additional duties specified by the Directors.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Customer Service & Administration: Previous experience in customer service and office administration roles.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Educational Requirements: GCSE grade 5 or above / equivalent in English and Maths.
- Strong Communication Skills: Confident and effective in both written and verbal communication.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to maintain accuracy in client records and paperwork.
