We’ve partnered with a fantastic, fast-growing FinTech firm to recruit a dynamic Customer Success Manager for their London office (hybrid work from home policy).
The business sells a SaaS platform, which is an automation tool that provides a further layer of functionality to all Microsoft applications. The company sells this platform out to financial and professional services, with a particular focus on investment banks.
My client is looking for a Customer Success Manager who loves building strong business relationships by boosting client outcomes at key accounts and across their portfolio. You will be a core member of the established UK team and you will be a technology/use case specialist, demonstrating a deep understanding of the customer journey from implementation to adoption and expansion.
As the firm is looking to grow considerably over the next few years, there is a lot of scope for career progression in order to move up the ladder very quickly as well.
You must have at least 1 year's experience in a customer success role, dealing with a SaaS platform as well, but this does not have to be finance related.
The Customer Success Manager will:
- Build relationships with your client portfolio
- Analyze your clients’ usage statistics to boost usage
- Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance customer success initiatives
- Establish clear retention goals
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist clients with questions and proactively suggest the best products for their needs
Required skills and experience:
· 1 years’ experience (or more) in mid-tier and enterprise B2B relationship management
. Technical aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
· Strong team player attitude
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
