Description:
In the role as an account manager / customer success manager you will have full responsibility for a number of accounts, from a variety of sectors including FMCG, Automotive, Financial Services, Corporate Commercial etc. You will be responsible for managing the day to day relationships with the clients, as such you will need to be someone that is highly organised and can demonstrate a successful process driven approach to managing relationships and working with clients to ensure their employees are engaged with the offering to get maximum impact. You will also ned to be someone that is comfortable discussing contract renewals and looking at price uplift with accounts as well as discussing cross and up sell opportunities.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked a similar environment, so MarTech, or Social Media SaaS technology experience being highly desirable. You will need to be a process driven relationship focused account manager that can demonstrate a track record of working with clients to ensure they are getting maximum usage and return from the offering due to their employees being engaged. A solid understanding of marketing whether that is through technology or working in a marketing agency as an account manager is a big plus.
