What you’ll be doing:
- You are the central contact person for our Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers in the retail sector.
- You will further develop the customer business, coordinate the corresponding activities and implement them.
- You have the necessary understanding of our customers’ process mapping within the software and are the first point of contact when it comes to optimizations and initiating follow-up projects.
- You coordinate and lead customer meetings and contribute to the success of our customers.
- You deliver real added value by measuring KPIs to ensure that the software achieves the expected results.
- You act as a central interface between the customer and the internal functions/departments.
- You will work in interdisciplinary, international teams.
What you will bring to the table:
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in the retail and supply chain sector as a customer success or account manager (m/f/*).
- You love customer communication and are confident and experienced at management level.
- You are willing to travel up to 20-30% of the time.
- You are skilled and practiced in conducting conversations. In addition, you are characterized by your independent, proactive way of working and your problem-solving strategies.
- You have a talent for organization, work together in interdisciplinary groups and lead them to the goal.
