Description:
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within the company.
- Understand clients' business objectives and how the products can help them achieve their goals.
- Onboard new clients, providing training and support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of products. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate resources and deliver timely solutions to client requests.
- Track and analyse client usage data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of SaaS technology and experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proven track record of driving customer success and achieving results
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with CRM
