Customer Success Manager

 

Description:

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are part of an experienced team of compliance and SaaS business application specialists. In this role, you will establish productive and trusted relationships with our customers and through your support and guidance, help ensure that their compliance programs are successful.
 

  • Develops lasting relationships and guides clients as a trusted advisor through entirety of the customer lifecycle journey;
  • Actively manages the client relationship and the lifetime value of each assigned account by helping clients realize the economic value of their subscriptions in order to preserve and grow revenue;
  • Manages an assigned book of business, and responsible for the overall Customer Health and associated performance metrics.
  • Involved in high level strategic planning with Assent’s customers, leading Executive Business Reviews;
  • Oversees the initial launch, including engagement with Assent's Professional Services team to understand client goals and ensure quality of product configuration during implementation;
  • Supports the Sales team with the ongoing renewal management of owned accounts to enable Assent to meet renewal targets;
  • Takes on special projects to improve CS management processes;
  • Works with Product Management to identify and drive improvements in product offerings, processes, systems and tools;
  • Identifies risk, upsell and cross-sell opportunities and works with internal and external stakeholders to present solutions;
  • Grow Clients’ depth of understanding by providing or facilitating training and/or mentoring on new and existing features;

     

Qualifications

Join us if you have:
 

  • Native-level proficiency in the in a Nordic language (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnishis essential to effectively support and engage with clients predominantly in our designated Nordic market.
  • 3+ years of SaaS account management/customer success experience - or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficient in delivering clear and compelling business reviews and presentations, with the ability to confidently engage and communicate complex information to executive-level audiences.
  • Proven success in growing existing accounts and relationships
