Description:
I am currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a world leading technology company working on hybrid model in London on 6 months extendable contract.
Purpose of role:
- Working within the Cisco CPaaS Business Unit, the role will be focused on ensuring compliance with Cisco revenue recognition policies.
- The role will work alongside the existing Client Success Managers (CSMs) as it will include chasing for new or top up POs in a timely manner to reduce risk on non-compliant revenue recognition.
- The role will also serve as the single point of contact for the Cisco billing team to call upon for updated communications and issue resolution
Experience, Qualifications and Technical Knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience of the Collaboration SaaS industry in the UK or South Africa
- Proven client relationship development skills
- Proven ability to deliver results through others outside of own line management chain
- A client focused, can-do and proactive attitude
- Fast learner, and comfortable working in a technical solution environment
- Great communication skills
- Experienced working across multiple fast-moving teams
- A background in collections or working with finance teams
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office applications (PPT, Excel, word)
- Desirable to have experience of cloud based, SaaS products used in communications platforms and contact centre
- Desirable to have a background in a Finance/Marketing Communications disciplines
- Desirable to have a relevant Finance degree level qualification
