  • Ensure enterprise-level clients understand and make the best use of their data

  • Customer Success for a complex SaaS product - Data, AI or MarTech Platform
  • High-touch, hands-on consultative approach
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical concepts at all levels
