Customer Services Assistant

 

Description:

You will maintain a high standard of written email responses to our guests, meet response time targets on all forms of guest contact and decide upon appropriate resolution and compensation when resolving guest feedback, always keeping in mind the Merlin company values and LEGOLAND brand.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience working in a Customer Services Team environment, communicating directly with customers via email and telephone
  • Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • Have exceptional attention to detail, including written spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Be able to clearly communicate to our guests and with fellow colleagues
