You will be doing this:

  • Day-to-day management and operation of the department to ensure complaints raised are investigated in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Investigate and track complaints on the CRM database to ensure the department investigates complaints in accordance with the agreed service level targets.
  • Resolve disputes based on the evidence obtained from the parties and provide a written explanation on the decision reached in an accurate and clear manner.
  • Undertake the recruitment process for all new staff members including providing job descriptions, interviews, and tests.
  • Oversee the daily work allocation and output; ensuring staff meet the quality standards and service levels agreed.

 

And you’ll need this:

  • Experience in the management of internal teams
  • Comfortable working in a smaller tight knit environment
  • If you are knowledgeable in the field of IT this would be a plus in driving the business forward and integrating change using the latest technology.
