Description:
This is a full-time hybrid home / office role for a Customer Service Coordinator at Bloom Stays. Responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, providing exceptional support, managing guest and owner booking and onboardong experiences, and maintaining effective communication with both guests and our owners. This role is primarily phone, email and chat based.
Duties include:
Taking bookings over the phone, via email and chat.
Managing communications via our support software including in stay queries.
Handling guest and owner feedback and complaints.
Uploading review content to our website using our inhouse software.
Supporting the Team manager and support team for both owner and guest issues.
Occasional attendance at events and shows with the team.
