What you'll be doing

  • Provide a point of contact for all visitors to the centre, for all membership and usage enquiries, direct customers to solutions and resolve any conflicts in the most appropriate manner.
  • Deliver high quality and professional customer service to all users, ensuring you promote a positive image of both the centre and councils.
  • Be knowledgable and informative in response to customer enquiries and queries, and to keep up to date with sites policy and procedures
  • Undertake task to retain and promote membership levels.
  • Carry out tasks in relation to your specific area to assist the team as a whole.

You must have

A Level 2 NVQ in customer service or equivalent experience in a customer facing role.
