Customer Service Assistant

 

Description:

Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor, the post holder will be responsible for providing services to residents, conference guests and other visitors to the accommodation. Tasks include general enquiries, distribution of mail / post, door access control and maintenance enquiries. As a CSA you need to be friendly, welcoming and responsive to guests needs, always providing excellence in Customer Service with a ‘can do’ attitude.

Sound written and verbal communication skills are essential attributes for this role, along with a good understanding of IT-based systems and an ability to develop and effectively manage administration procedures.

Please note, under the new immigration rules this role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route of the Points Based System. Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate their right to work in the UK in order to be eligible to take up the post.
