What You'll Do
- Be the friendly face of our client's company, providing expert guidance and information on their amazing homes available for rent.
- Handle warm-hot inbound enquiries only.
- Deal with pleasant calls with efficiency and ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
- Utilise your exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships and rapport with prospective tenants.
- Work closely with our onsite teams to seamlessly coordinate viewings and assist with remote tours, ensuring our customers receive top-notch service every step of the way.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments and key messages from our client's company, empowering you to confidently answer any questions that come your way.
What We're Looking For
