Customer Manager

 

Description:

Reporting to Paul, the Customer Director, this role will deliver budget volume, net sales revenue, profit and market share into our Off-Trade function.

You’ll have the primary, front facing responsibility for the trading relationships with strategically important retailer(s). You’ll drive sales through forming close partnerships and using consumer, shopper and customer insights to develop initiatives that are tailored to your customer’s needs.

This role is working across the full HEINEKEN portfolio, creating mutually beneficial negotiations to drive growth for us and your customer.

So what will you be doing? Here’s some of the key accountabilities.

  • To create and champion customer understanding throughout Heineken UK in order to deliver joined up approach that satisfies our customers’ needs.
  • Work closely with our customers on category partnership initiatives.
  • Understand the mix of all commercial variables and create long-term agreements in delivering the plan.

The Candidate

We’re looking for an ambitious team player with a customer centric perspective. They key to this role is developing a strong partnership, so strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills are essential.

If you have;

  • Commercial experience (specifically P&L management)
  • Good retail knowledge
  • Great data analysis and interpretation skills – being able to analyse data and turn information into an insightful engaging presentation.
