Customer Insights Lead

 

Description:

In this position you will be leading a data-driven approach to make customer centric decision happen. You will drive the provision of accurate information to proactively anticipate customer needs and influence strategic decisions. Your role will be key to achieve operational efficiency and to shape the future of the business.

Your main responsibilities will include:

 

  • Drive the development of a data-driven mindset across the business creating a customer-centric environment
  • Own and oversee the customer insight processes across business units to ensure they are customer centric
  • Provide strong customer insights and business context to senior stakeholders, including senior leadership, that drive customer behaviours and engagement
  • Work as an integral member and maximise the effectiveness of the customer squads through the provision of impactful and actionable insights
