Customer Experience Team Leader

 

Description:

  • Help engage with UK and International customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Oversee the sales order processing for both UK and International sales orders.
  • Manage queries ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in order processing and timely response to exports for overseas customers.
  • Enhance team performance by providing regular team meetings and training.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales and warehouse, including international offices.
  • Lead and manage the credit control team to ensure effective credit management.
  • Manage the aged debt for UK and Ireland receivables.
  • Develop and execute plans to reduce outstanding aged debt balances.
  • Oversee monthly reports for both teams.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasting reports.
