What You Will Do

Joining HiBob as a Customer Education Writer, you'll play a pivotal role in creating educational materials and training programs to enhance the understanding and utilization of our products among customers and internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally with our support, sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless and comprehensive educational experience.

Responsibilities
 

  • Content Creation: Develop comprehensive how-to guides and other instructional materials to educate users and stakeholders.
  • Training Programs: Shape and execute key training initiatives to facilitate understanding and product adoption.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers and Customer Experience teams to craft user-friendly help articles.
  • Innovation: Drive the creation of engaging experiences that captivate our Go-To-Market team and customers.
     

Requirements
 

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience as a technical writer within a hi-tech company.
  • Versatility: 3 years of experience in Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, or Marketing, particularly in a SaaS environment.
  • Language Skills: Native English speaker with exceptional writing and editing abilities.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfort and proficiency in a highly technical environment is essential.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts.
  • Expertise: Demonstrate the ability to communicate intricate technical ideas in an accessible manner.
