Culture Business Partner

As a People and Culture Business Partner, you are a crucial part of our success. You act as champion for our teams and help us to successfully navigate change. In your role you’ll be able to act as a trusted adviser, providing pragmatic and sound advice supported by your people and culture knowledge.

Based in our London office you’ll support our technical, support and leadership teams in London and Dublin. From time-to-time you’ll also flex and stretch your expertise to help deliver visionary group wide programs and support people and culture activity.

You’ll join a supportive, experienced and down to earth global team of HR professionals where you will be challenged and given opportunity to grow your expertise as an HR leader.

Attributes
 

• You’ll have previous experience as a trusted P&C business partner, preferably in consulting engineering or professional services firm.
• You will have extensive stakeholder experience working with different levels of the organisation and across different parts of our business.
• You are able to navigate between strategic thinking and operational delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of local legislation and practices with the ability to navigate complex employee issues.
• You have an understand of organisational development and how to apply that thinking across the employee lifecycle such as remuneration practices, talent management, performance and employee engagement.
• You will be resilient and have strong conflict management skills along with strong interpersonal with empathy and negotiation skills.
• Able to design and deliver workshops built around capability gaps in the business.
• You will bring a growth mindset, creative thinking and a strong desire to support the business to achieve great success.
