The Role:
As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business goals
- Enhancing user and patient experience
- Developing customer journeys from scratch, using both online and offline touchpoints
- Enhancing customer engagement
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance
Skills/Requirements:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience needed
