WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Joining as our CRM Manager you will craft comprehensive strategies for lifecycle and campaign management, focusing on key areas like list growth, acquisition, engagement, conversation, and retention. You will oversee the development, testing, and deployment of monthly campaigns while offering strategic guidance and conducting regular health checks to optimise automated flows. Utilising segmentation techniques, you will tailor messaging to specific customer segments, leveraging data insights to ensure relevance. Additionally, you will provide regular reporting on campaign success, sharing insights internally and externally to refine future strategies. Technical support is also offered for integrations, advanced segmentation, and other technical aspects to ensure seamless execution.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE …

• Experience in managing CRM systems with a proven track record of implementing successful CRM strategies.
• Proficiency in utilising various CRM platforms such as Mailchimp, and HubSpot.
• Capable of handling, analysing, and extracting valuable insights from data.
• Innovative mindset, continuously exploring avenues to improve client outcomes.
