Description:

Great opportunity for a CRM Executive to join a leading UK health insurance firm on a 6 month FTC with opportunity to go permanent.

 

The successful candidate with have Salesforce experience and play a key role in managing and optimising our CRM system, driving customer engagement, retention, and business growth.

 

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to execute data-driven campaigns, improve customer experiences, and support the overall CRM strategy.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimise Salesforce, ensuring accurate data, segmentation, and reporting. Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs
  • Utilising customer segmentation to ensure communications are correctly targeted and are highly personalised
  • Design and execute CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp etc.), ensuring effective customer journeys and engagement
  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance using Salesforce, providing actionable insights to improve retention and sales
  • Build automated customer journeys and workflows to support lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure CRM integrations with other platforms (e.g., marketing automation tools) run smoothly
  • Campaign reporting & analysis

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong Salesforce skills (reports, workflows, dashboards)
  • Proficiency in CRM campaign tools Analytical skills with the ability to analyse campaign results and provide recommendations for future improvements
  • Data driven with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
