We’re looking for someone to drive customer engagement, retention and revenue by developing personalised and automated marketing campaigns, as well as owning our reviews strategy globally. You’ll love the technical and data side of CRM, and get a kick out of leading a project from start to finish.
What you’ll be doing at Elvie:
 

  • Use Ometria and our Global CRM calendar to develop personalised and automated marketing campaigns - both brand and promotional
  • Own Elvie’s review strategy; a critical part of Elvie’s online reputation - defining how we generate and shout about 5* reviews and user generated content
  • Define how we best respond to different types of reviews
  • Own the relationship with our Global review platforms, including Bazaarvoice, Amazon reviews, Google reviews, Trustpilot and others (including technical integrations)
  • Build customer journeys to identify where we can best support our customers with their product experience
  • Run campaigns for our new products (including a new category) to ensure reviews ready from launch
  • Support the Global Retention Lead with the implementation of our customer retention strategy; owning tangible projects and clear deliverables to improve our customer experience and hit our revenue targets
  • Own our member-get-member customer journey
  • Analyse campaign results and customer data to optimise performance
  • Manage deliverability, database hygiene, subscription management and compliance with opt-in laws and regulations
     

Requirements

What we are looking for:
 

  • CRM marketing experience, with a focus on mobile app and email marketing
  • Proven experience with Ometria, Bazaarvoice or similar CRM platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience in customer segmentation, database marketing, and campaign management
  • A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Own the tracking, reporting and analysis of our reviews and CRM campaigns
