Description:
A leading investment manager in London is looking to hire a CRM Business Analyst / Solution Lead with a focus on Salesforce and Seismic. This role will be pivotal in optimising the firm's CRM technology investment, driving both growth and client retention. The successful candidate will work closely with business users to enhance CRM tools and leverage analytics to improve client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimise CRM Technology: Maximise the business’s CRM platform investment by driving efficiency, improving workflows, and introducing AI to enhance performance.
Data Insights & Analytics: Establish analytics to generate actionable insights, standardise processes, and provide real-time visibility of data pipelines to improve client outcomes.
Seismic Utilisation: Leverage Seismic to enhance sales presentations and client engagement.
Upskilling & Collaboration: Run workshops to upskill business users, ensuring effective use of CRM tools by sales teams.
Sales Team Partnership: Work closely with sales teams to standardise processes, improve client outcomes, and ensure seamless adoption of CRM technologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in CRM technology, particularly Salesforce and Seismic.
Ability to work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to align CRM strategies with business goals.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Experience from either the buyside or relevant external industries is welcomed.
