Role
- Supporting the Head of Marketing with the development of brand identity and guidelines, including logos, typography, iconography and photography
- Oversee and manage the workload of all creative deliverables for the digital and print marketing, such as brochures, website design, social media assets, advertising campaigns, and video assets
- Brief and liaise with external agencies and freelancers alongside your own workload to ensure the Marketing department can deliver visual assets on time and to budget
- Provide creative consultation to ensure the business and key stakeholders understand and implement brand guidelines and style to achieve consistent and compliant brand communications
- Develop and implement new design ideas and processes including setting up and maintaining a brand asset database
- Act as brand guardian and key interface for any branding enquiries.
Attributes
- Marketing/Graphic Design qualification with a portfolio showing a range of different projects
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically with a very good understanding of marketing campaign planning and implementation
- A strong communicator with proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a collaborative and creative environment
- Experience working with InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud to create user-centred design. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web technologies would be a bonus
- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks; we're a fast-paced business, so strong skills in coordination of workflow is important
- Ability to build trust and confidence with colleagues across the organisation
- Good videography skills; photography skills would be useful, though not essential
