We are looking for a bubbly, confident and energetic individual to be a face for our growing TikTok account, with a knowledge of video choreography, editing and trendspotting. If you enjoy a challenge, being sociable and a fast-paced environment, keep reading!
You will be working for the fast-growing womenswear fashion brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are a team full of passion, energy and innovation.
At Sisters & Seekers, we pride ourselves on our uniqueness, boldness to think outside of the box and having the freedom to do so. You will work closely with our Social Media Manager and Creative Directors who encourage new imaginative thinking in all roles and welcome all fresh ideas to keep us ahead of the game.
What you will do:
- Create content & social campaign strategies that are TikTok specific to increase growth/engagement and put these into action
- Co-ordinate and produce video content based off trends and new creative concepts
- Create engaging captions and content and be prepared to post in and outside of office hours
- Participate in collecting engaging content with our community and customers, particularly during events and pop-ups
- Provide insights and reports using data driven results to back your social strategies
- Elevate our International Marketing strategy with global influencer partnerships across TikTok that are location-specific for the full calendar year
- Gather Behind The Scenes content during shoot days specifically for TikTok use
- Carry out influencer outreach and direct unique content creation for TikTok channel
- Organise all influencer gifting and collaborations under the instruction of Management
- Present new exciting platform ideas that align with new collection launches and product specific assets to the wider creative team e.g. Live Shopping, interactive events
- Organise content days when required
- Work under time constraints and to meet deadlines, with the passion and ability to work reactively to the business needs as and when these arise
- Work closely with the wider creative team to ensure ideas align with campaign concepts and overall brand aesthetic
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a similar role previously and/or a marketing qualification at degree level
- Some knowledge of video planning and video editing
- A creative flair with a vision that has the ability to be reactive with current trends
- An eye for great engaging content and an understanding of what our community would want to watch
- An open mind and “think-out-of-the-box” attitude
- Confidence to lead and be the forefront of TikTok content
- The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possible
- Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further
- The ability to significantly grow Sisters & Seekers online social presence
- The knowledge and capability to increase social engagement and growth
- Effective project management skills and the ability to work on different projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
